Themis Tsopela is an experienced and active lawyer. In 2005 she completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Kent, and then she was admitted to the Graduate Program at the University of Kent, where she obtained a Master Degree with a specialization in European Law. She then attended the Professional Legal Program (Legal Practice Course) at the City University of London, from where she gained theoretical knowledge and practical experience in advocacy issues that prepared her to become a trainee lawyer. She worked on all procedures undertaken by a lawyer, such as the drafting of legal documents and judicial acts. At that time, she specialized in Commercial Law, particularly in e-commerce and Mergers and Acquisitions. Her studies have armed her with great skills and laid a solid foundation for her subsequent professional career.
After completing her studies, she worked in a number of law firms, taking on various kinds of responsibilities in order to gain experience and train in different fields. She provided legal advice to clients and wrote legal drafts. She also participated in the preparation of court acts and took part in trials, dealing with the defense of civil and legal affairs. Furthermore, she dealt with Commercial Law, drafting commercial contracts and provided legal services to businesses.
Since 2013 she has been practicing independently through her own office. She specializes in issues related to Immigration and Citizenship Law, as well as, Real Estate Law.
Since 2014, she is a co-founder and head of the legal department of the partner network of Greek Easy – Your Greek Partner, dealing with legal issues related to the purchase and sale of real estate by foreign investors and foreign law issues.
